Ehh, all the meats are either too salty, too filler, or too sauced up. Common cheap buffet tactics to get you to drink more water and get full off all that batter/grease. You can get a better meal with more value plenty of other restaurants

Worst buffet in Stamford! The food has no taste at all and was very stale . I just wanted to throw up in mouth several times. Even the fruits were disgusting! Do not ever ever go here it's a waste of money ! It's by far the nastiest food I've ever eaten ! It doesn't even deserve a Star!! I don't understand how this place is still open for buisness.

My daughter and I were in Connecticut for the first time and we were hungry so we decided to go to the King Buffet. The King Buffet down here is really good. So, the food was not that good! It was cold and just didn't taste good! It definitely was a waste of money! $30 for what!!?? I would love to gety money back! We literally took a few bites of food.
