What an incredible waste of money. This business is the least customer service-minded and most dishonest I have come across in a long time. We booked an all-inclusive week thinking we would be taken good care of, but Tiger Muay Thai operates in true bait/fish style. As soon as you've agreed to their non-refundable terms and paid them, they really couldn't care less about you or your experience at their gym. My husband was the first to leave, after he experienced three intermediate sessions in which the trainers did not plan nor challenge their students whatsoever. I was next, when the trainers in my beginners class paraded me around the class, laughing and pointing, after I had strapped in my injured shoulder (this was three sessions in, so they were well aware of my injury). Complaints to the GM fell on deaf ears. All I can say is this: DO NOT book in advance. There are far better gyms on the street, the meal package does not even cover half your expenses at Tiger (and trust me, they will not let you change your Tiger money, which has the exact same value as real money, back to Thai baht), and they put a 20% hidden commission on top of all accommodation. Truly shocking, and I'd be extremely surprised if they're still in business within a couple of years; I didn't speak to a single other customer that didn't have something negative to say about the place. Horrendous.
