First time at Fletcher's. Heard lots of great things which is why I went. Staff was very friendly but I was not impressed by the food. Maybe it was an "off" night, not sure. I ordered a bacon cheese burger with jalapeños, lettuce, tomato and spicy sauce. On the side I ordered sweet potato fries. I get my food: fries were cold. I can live with that as long as the burger is good. Burger was not good. My first bite was less than disappointing -- it had mayo and onions, two ingredients I did not ask for and do not like. Next, the "scharfe Soße" was spicy. It was also very sweet. It was not a tasty sauce at all, and perhaps it should be advertised as a sweet and spicy sauce. In addition to the sauce by being good, it was smothered on the burger, so much so that I couldn't even taste the patty. I think the burger would have been good if it weren't for the sauce and the I gradients I didn't ask for. Next, because there was so much sauce, my hands were messy so I went to he rest room to clean my hands. The ladies room was out of service. Fine, I'll go on the men's room. I washed my hands and tried using the soap dispenser but there was no soap. Once I accepted here was no soap to wash my sauce covered fingers, there was nothing to dry my hands with because the hand dryer AND towel dispenser were not working. Overall, I disappointing experience. Burger place has potential but it all begins with the people. Again, staff was friendly but it is clear management does not take ensure care is taken when it comes to quality and cleanliness.

For me the best burger place in Frankfurt. I always take all the toppings with my burger and that's what does the trick. The sauces are high quality and so is the beef. Many other burger joints don't get both right at the same time but Fletcher's does.
