Quite traditional hotel but as good as its reputation specially staff. A winter view is definitely different from the other seasons but very snowy and fresh. But wish I came here in summer or spring.
There are few amenities in a bathroom m, no tooth brush, comb so on but body lotions, shampoos are very good perfumed things. These make up the others.
An amazing hotel full of history and absolutely beautiful inside as well as outside. Staff is good and the rooms are very clean and nice. Only downside is that sometimes service at the hotel is hard to come by and may feel understaffed at times. I would like to point out that this was during the holiday season so it is to be expected. Overall a must stay in Quebec City!
Location is great. Right in the heart of old Quebec. Some rooms are renovated. Ours was not. It was OK. The shower didn't work properly though. Ventilation was noisy sipo we had to turn it off for the night. Room was clean and spacious with a view on the St Lawrence River. expected more but the overall experience was good.
