You have to book well in advance or come in early in the morning. When we arrived around noon everything was sold out. Also the front desk didn't know what else they had. Luckily we went to see ourselves and they had a pretty interesting movie showing in the visitor center. Overall the place is pretty crowded. Restrooms and other facilities were not clean at all. If you get on one of the tours, it might be worth it but the castle is definitely not for stopping spontaneous.
