They sometimes get besides themselves with attitudes and tolerance. If you're looking to experience a regular Guyanese environment then this is the place. If you're looking for a diaspora experience then rethink it. Apart from that the food is awesome and I wouldn't say anything bad about that. Their white pudding is to die for. Amazing and tasty.

When it comes to customer service this store is the worst. I like to come here and order my usual pilourie and white pudding, but they always seem to run out of pilourie before 12 pm. And to make matters worst, the workers don't seem to care that they have there customers waiting for 10 minutes or more for there food. They are rude and un welcoming. If I could I would give them zero stars for there service but four stars for some of their foods and pastries. They NEED to get there act together.

The food is good but the service is SHYT! EVERYTIME u go there, regardless of the time of day, u have to wait unnecessarily. Staff at the back, going God knows what or they're at the front serving as though they don't care or customers do not have anywhere else to be. It's a poor management if they can't schedule adequate staff to handle the crowd. I HATE going to this place.

I called and asked if I can order roti for take-out. The guy on the phone told me yes and gived my the prices for a dozen which I needed. I asked if it's ready or I had to wait and he said it's ready now I can just come in a get it; giving me the impression they had a whole lot. 5 minutes later I'm in the store and after a long wait in the line and watching other ppl cuss them out I soon shared in the frustration. They had no roti for me. Wasted my time. They should let ppl know it's a matter of 1st come 1st serve and they don't put aside items.

The Food is good. I've had better home cooked Guyanese food though. If you are hungry this is not the place to grab a quick bite bc the wait time is 30 minutes or more and worse on the weekends. Also be prepared for some "stinking attitudes" from the servers and a cashier who can't multitask.
