Extremely rude. She lied about what they had. I asked for something that was given to the customer after me. After all that attitude, the chicken was pink! Disgusting. Always bad service and now the food is going just as sour.

My mom and I just came out of this restaurant. I ordered 2 mild beef patties and she order oxtail and rice and beans. The patties were good, but my mom said that her meal was awful. They drowned the rice and beans with this heavy gravy as well as the oxtail. And the oxtail had so much fat on it. She was okay with that, but the rice and beans were inexcusable. So she went to the manager and told her that. The manager exused her right away. She said that my mom should of come up right away if there was a problem. At first you couldn't tell that the food was drowned with gravy until you digged deeper while eating. My mom told her that, but then the manager said that a lot of people like their food with a lot of gravy, but my mom said she's not a lot of people. The manager also failed to realize that the food was in different sections of a container so she could of easily scooped it out. Overall, I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS GOLDEN KRUST. TERRIBLE SERVICE AND HOSPTALITY FROM THE MANAGER. You ask someone how they want certain food. They got 2 stars because of the patties which were actually good.

Just walked out of this restaurant, as firstly I ordered a cheezee-beef pattie and the man went to get it . Meanwhile his female colleague asked if we wanted anything else, my partner requested a chicken soup. She informed him that there is soup but it has no meat in it. We said "really ?" And declined it. He then called her over to the pattie area and said something to her and then returned me to and asked if I wanted anything else. We mentioned our conversation re the soup and he replied "I'll go find you a lickle bit of chicken " she, then came back and started to serve another patron. He returned with soup in hand and gave it to her. As she started to bag it up I asked, well did you find some chicken and she replied there isn't any , I said "ask him" he said " well I find lickle" but he wasn't convincing at all and my partner said " just leave it" . He returned to the kitchen out back and then she asked " can I get you something g else?". I said the cheezee-beef pattie I ordered ? she then said " we ain't got any" . The pattie was the first thing I ordered and at no time did they say it had finished so as you can imagine I was not happy my partner just said " let's go". That was after 5 minutes. The service is slow , they're unorganised , unfriendly not rude just not bothered about the customer or customers needs. I've been here a few times before and this is the worst service or lack of I have received. A very unsatisfied hungry customer.

It was my first time, and it went horrible. The Cashier "Shelly" has NO patience, NOR knows hospitality! I was asking questions and she wasn't willing to help me understand what I'm ordering. Not everyone is raised to not care about others. If she does want her job she should at least at like it. At least pretend that your happy, you should be willing to sell meals to a first time customer, ready to explain how everything is served. She was just rushing me to order knowing it's my first time, and there was only 2 people in line. She had the nerve to call me out of my name and throw words at me WHILE ON THE CLOCK in front of everyone at the shop, because I was upset and asked to speak to her manager. The manager I spoke to there was wonderful! Was willing to listen to me and help me out. Nobody should behave that way, you work at a restaurant, learn to have some patience and understanding, if Shelly is an adult, she should act that way. She knows that she would not have liked to be treated that way if it was her first time in an unfamiliar restaurant. The 2 stars are for the lovely Manager I spoke to. I visted Sept 3rd around 11am because they didn't seem busy, but usually are with long lines. A horrible mistake I won't make again.
