Nice ambiance, professional staff and great music. The Gaucho Cosmo and Frenched Rib Chop were decent but I wouldn't order again. The Filet Mignon was EXCELLENT (I highly recommend)!! It's location was a bit hard to find using googles driving directions.

Yesterday I met a business associate to discuss a pending lawsuit and debate strategies. We spent 3 hours in the bar tossing ideas back and forth. During that time, we had plenty of space between our table and neighboring tables. No one could over hear us. Tim, our server, realized we were not having a social visit and just watched our body language to see if we needed any thing. We sampled 4 different appetizers and were very pleased by the quality of food delivered. The live piano in the back ground adds to the ambiance, it does not detract. Next time you are in Bellevue and want excellent service, visit El Gaucho.
