The place I love to hate! I always "run in" for 1 item but they always have so much good stuff I leave with everything I didn't know I needed! I love the convenience of food and house goods. My only complaint is they never have enough people working. It's my go to for everything for my house.

I did purchase a vacuum cleaner and some furniture slip covers. Although that part went well as I was able to help myself with that part but what I really went to get was electronics. That part failed. There was only one guy who was trying his best to help everyone. Although he was very nice an kind there was not enough of him to go around. He can only do so much by himself. Target needs to do better. No help at the peak of the day. Turn off for me. Some of the most expensive items in the store is in electronics an to have only one associate to help customers is unacceptable. It'll be a while before I come back if ever. Had hoped for a better experience than Walmart but no such luck.

I went looking for a department. I saw 3 employees near the fitting room. I asked one lady she said straight down that way. I use an electric scooter. I never found what I was looking for. Too difficult to get through the isle to find a department. I had to just leave. It would be nicer if they took better care of the elderly/disabled.

Unfortunately this is the closest target to my house but also the worst one I've been to in all my years of living in Orlando. Today I purchased an organic coconut water. After drinking some of it, I looked in the bottle and see black fuzzy specimens floating in the water. I called and also went into the store, genuinely concerned they are selling this stuff to people. The customer service rep was unfazed and unapologetic, gave me a refund, tossed the bottle into the trash and went about his business (scrolling on his cell phone). Well done, Target. I don't buy food from Target in general anyways but thought it was safe to buy bottled coconut water - but apparently that is not even safe. Good luck out there!

This is a very stable store. Variety, good value and attention to details makes for a very predictable and safe shopping experience. Somehow I wish they would place equal attention to the parking and drive access to this facility, not to mention the lack of shade trees. Such a missed opportunity. Maybe this store could be used as an example of what not to do as far as the rather convoluted traffic flow pattern. Did I mention trees? For some reason these retailers think they are doing customers a favor by denuding parking spaces of valuable shade trees. Leaving us to be baked in our cars with this scorching Florida heat. Oh! I almost forgot then there is air condition comfort of my home, which is another option from which to shop....if I so choose. So the choice now becomes very simple shade and trees or the comfort of home.

Its a super Target so they have everything you need. Much better service than Walmart. They have the fresh salads and sandwiches at this location.

The worst experience I've had at Target!! The cashier was so nice, but the supervisor or team lead or manager was so rude and unprofessional. I will never ever come back to this Target Waterford Lakes location anymore!

They're against targets like Walmart their prices are good but they don't got a lot of goddamn good computer stuff where I can buy they used to but they said the hell with you we want you to order online I don't order it from Target the website I usually try to get a better price and then Target

One of my favorite Target stores. Always clean, always well stocked, and the employees are friendly. I like that they now have self check-out. It's very convenient and fast. I recommend this Target to all my neighbors, friends, and to anyone visiting Orlando from elsewhere.

Typical Target. Clean place with a nicely designed layout for items. The staff is friendly and willing to help and they also offer price matching with a very nice 90 day return policy on most items.

I like that they are open until 11! The prices are a little high, and I don't recommend the produce here, they charge per item instead of per pound, and the selection is not great. I love the cleaning and household supplies, and they always have good a selection of clearance!

They have 20+ registers and they only have 3-4 open at a time. I've literally never seen them all in use, and it doesn't matter what time of day/ year I go. There's always a long wait to check out. On top of that the employees usually ignore their guests and never proactively ask if we need assistance. I used to work at another Target and this low level of service is unacceptable.

Pretty good store most times. Not as organized as I'd like but I've had pretty good customers service most times. Except for that one long ago where they thought my friend and I were trying to steal underwear in the clearance bin that was set on the bottom shelf near the floor. So I HAD to squat down and take them out to look for my size. They yelled at us that we weren't allowed to do that and I told them there's no other way to find your size because they were mixed and placed in an awkward spot to reach. So I stayed there and the next person was sent to us said we weren't allowed to be there. Since they couldn't technically do anything to me I just ignored them. If there was better organization this wouldn't have been a problem. Overall I've had good customer service and I've been going there since 2010.

This is a very standard big box store. Customer service is lacking, but the selection and prices are good. This store is clean and brightly lit.
