Spreegold is an affordable restaurant in Berlin! For breakfast, lunch or supper...even just for coffee and dessert...the food is delish, the service efficient and waitstaff welcoming and the experience is comfortable and friendly. There's enough choice for carnivores and vegetarians. The Halloumi Stack is my favourite. It's absolutely delicious. Good casual choice and value for money. Large portions but I managed to clean my plate.

A one time visit! Waiter mixed up our drinks - they should know what the drink is not the customer. The taste of one of our smoothies wasn't strawberry and banana it was just banana - all of us tried it SN agreed to the missing strawberry flavor. We complained about it and the mixed more strawberry in it and made sure they level it as to the level of the drink before. The sweet potato fries weren't crunchy - mostly soft. We didn't get napkins; everybody else had them. The waiters weren't real friendly - you noticed the b***** undertone. We all that Berlin citizens tend to be recognized unfriendly but they were just not friendly in general! The toilets - gross! Bins full and toilets are dirty; the female guest checked out the lady's room and it was no better. BTW - the restaurant wasn't full at all. Overall - not worth the money and therefore no tip! We do have pictures but we decided not to upload them!
