After being seated I waited five minutes for initial service. I ordered my burger medium rare and it came out medium well. The waiter said it's hard to get burgers that thin medium rare, which surprised me he would make a comment like that. They remade it but it took a surprisingly long time. About halfway through my meal I finished my drink and ordered a second one. That took a long time and I ended up almost finished with my meal when my second drink came. As for the food, my burger was so messy that I had to eat it with a fork and knife. I didn't have a knife though because the waiter took it with the overcooked burger. After waiting a couple of minutes for him to check on me I gave up and stood up and took a a clean knife from a nearby table. Eating a burger with a fork and knife is not necessarily a bad thing. Just a personal preference I guess. Lastly I will say that I gave it three stars because the flavors of the burger and the fries were amazing. There's no question that the design of the menu is top-notch.

Seated quickly even at 7pm, staff efficie t. Burgers were great,! (Mac n cheese) we r picky about burgers didn't even ask how to cook...was perfect! Caramelized on outside,nice and pink inside. Everything we saw liked great especially the nachos.. we'll be back!

I am extremely disappointed with the place and Guy. I ordered the ribs. They tasted like an old pair of gym shoes boiled. I never ever send food back out of fear of what cooks may do to my food and I generally like most things that I order. I had to send the ribs back. They were tasteless and they were undercooked. The waitress tried to tell me it's because they were smoked. I actually know what a smoke ring looks like and I also know what smoke taste like. Presentation was wonderful though. The second thing that I got was the original burger I believe, figuring one can't go wrong with a burger from guys joint. People.... I went wrong. The burger was tasteless as if it were some that should have been run out of flavor town. Fries were amazing though. I am from Ohio. We don't mind spending when we go on vacation. I had dinner with 8 people. Only 2 had no problem with their meals. 1 of those only had nachos though. 2 rib dinners sent back. 2 people had wings and said they were flavorless also. I would have given this place a 0 or 1 star if it had not been for the fries and my respect for Guy. He's 1 of my favorite personalities on food network. But after tasting this trash, maybe I should be the superstar chef. I know he didn't cook this, but his name is on it.
