Went here yesterday with someone and was really hungry. After looking at menu and concidering price etc.. Got the plate with "2 entrees and a side". I picked my entrees out and was told they were "premium" and 1.25 more. which I felt was decieving because they were placed first as if they were the standard. Got a side of mixed vegetables, that were very very bland. Asked for salt they gave me 1 little packet that the cashier took 5 minutes to find first. Acted like they were gonna charge me for more. The entrees should be in bigger portion of box and sides in the two small ones. NOT the other way round. Anyway only think I likes was the orange chicken..but Panda Express has changed it's not the 1 I remember. Everything cost extra I mean every little thing..stuff that your supposed to get with your meals anyway, wontons..rolls. cmon. That's my honest review of it.

Panda Express is one of the best fast foods in america because they give out great service and amazing types of food that you could try and they always make their customers feel welcome at home whenever your in the drive thru or dining inside!

Cashiers were welcoming and so were the cooks, surprisingly. They were very polite and asked if we wanted to sample any of the entrees. Donated towards the end and gave the difference from change to a foundation they mentioned since they were kind throughout the whole process. Food was better than how it usually tastes when they stay under the warmer for so long. Got busy at around noon on a Monday.

I only put one star because I had to jist to write a comment. June 26, 2018 at 1:45pm I made the biggest mistake of my life. I will never go back to Panda express on Sahara ever again. Customer service was horeible. I don't understand how you so ride to your customers then have the audacity to say please come back again. Never will I return!!!

Was that really worth the drive took O'Hare to eat at The Establishment seems like they give you more rice and they give you anything else have been nice if they put more things in a combo meal instead of you have to buy those egg rolls separately seems like they were more interested in taking a big order then they were to work with the people that were currently and the restaurant itself so that tells you where their mind are is is that a big orders go take precedence over the people there there to eat right now I wouldn't go there again

Food was good, service was terrible. I asked for kung pow chicken and pot stickers, Lianet, the lady taking our order, looked at me with disgust and said “pot sticker sauce?” and I replied “No, potstickers please” and she continued to look at me that way until I said that’s all.

I got food poisoning last night from the new steak and shrimp . Most of the workers there like Leen need to be fired that bring there problems and additiude from home and take it to work with them .

The food is always fresh and if not the staff will get it fresh for you. The restaurant is nice and clean and staff is friendly.

Sort of busy when I was there, line moved rather slowly but the workers weren't slow it was the customer being served. She didn't speak English so there was confusion back & forth. The employees waiting on her were very patient. My meal was good & employees very friendly.

Panda Express is a pretty good fast food joint . But I'm not sure if you get more when you get it to go ? It seem to me if you take it to go the porshions or bigger . Just a little pointer on that one : )

We often pick up dinner here. Most of the time good however depending on the employee you get less. Paid $ 1.25 extra for steak and shrimp and had 2 shrimps and almost no steak
