Been coming here for years! We absolutely love it and all the staff are so friendly and amazing. Love the Sunday donuts and the best hot chips on the Gold Coast for our kids. Best little hidden gem around

The little blonde staff member was so rude, I had to cancel my order and go elsewhere. She pulls idiotic faces at you if you take longer than 5 seconds to decide, and treats you like you're stupid. The only time she smiles is with sarcastic smugness. Two of my personal friends who've been serviced by her said the same thing. It's so bad, it's almost peculiar, and I'm curious if she has a personality problem that the manager needs to be aware of.
