Rude arrogant owner with no manners! 16/04/2017 gave (pinky) the indian lady one of the owners of the shop a phone call to explain my parcel and a letter had been sent to the wrong person also that i had to go and pick them up from a strangers house! Luckily they were honest good people and facebook searched my name and left a message for me about them recieving my mail, I said to (Pinky) the owner that they need to do their job properly of sorting the mail out she then started yelling at me being rude and nasty and wouldnt take any responsibility for the mail mix up and then hung up on me! so I went and seen her and the other owner of the shop today 17/04/17 no apologie was given and excuses were made! asking me where it was sent and the name of the person it was sent to, it shouldnt matter! At the end of the day my mail shouldnt be in their letter box and thats that! (Pinky) is a rude and arogant lady who has no manners or customer service skills, new zealand is a better place without you this is my home go back to your own with your ugliness! Had to go back today (4 Jan 2017) as charged full amount for a product that was on special. Also cost me in petrol to go back. Not happy. Ask for receipt and check carefully before leaving the shop. Sorry but people should know. It's happened a lot and still happening, everyone that bought that product would have paid full price wonder how many more products we're like that in the shop. :-(
