I made an online order and never arrived, they don't even cook the order and just cancel.

Ordered a 36$ deal and ended up just showing up and paying 10 bucks for a pepperoni and a garlic bread. The staff were apologetic but they neglected to notify me of the correct estimate of their delivery time! They said '1 hour' and they came in 15mins when I was up the street! Poor communication on their part and the boss didn't really apologise. They lost 26$ on that fateful evening - the pizza however, was good.
