Worst. Frequently gets delivery orders wrong. Takes 2 hours to resend wrong orders. Food is cold and dry. Delivery drivers are rude and aggressive.

I usually dine at this location twice a week; I have never experienced less than high quality of food and service. In my last visit I had been served by a very knowledgeable server who told me about Swiss Chalet chicken and fries story. She was proudly saying that Swiss Chalet chickens are fresh (never frozen), hand based, and roasted for 90 minutes every single day. I was also impressed that Swiss Chalet serves fresh (never frozen) fries; they buy the 50 pound sacks peel them, chop them and fry them in house in a daily bases . WOW, isn't a story worth telling? This location is one of the best restaurants in the area, without doubt, deserves your time and money.

The best wings in town, must try honey garlic with ranch and salad. Offcourse the quarter chicken meal with the delicious Swiss chalet signature sauce, makes my tastebuds go watery. Also, this place seemed to be very clean and the employees were all very friendly and caring. The food and the experience was enjoyable!!!

I've been to this location since it opened and what an improvement. The food is great and reasonably priced! The service is great and the restaurant is clean especially the washrooms. The staff and management are so friendly. I definitely will be back!

I come here pretty regularly for lunch during the weekdays. The staff are very friendly and provide fantastic customer service to my family and I.. The food is always served hot and fast. I find this location is also one of the cleanest Swiss Chalet restaurants that I've been too. I highly recommend this restaurant if you're ever at the Dufferin Mall area.

I've been to this location enough times to rate it fairly. The service is always good and the staff super nice and lovely. The quality of food is a little under the normal Swiss standard but definitely passable. I don't know if i will go back to Duff Mall Swiss because the washroom - without fail - is ALWAYS disgusting...everything you fear seeing in a public washroom is always in that washroom. I went last night after eating and instantly gagged (I don't even have a weak gag reflex!) and felt my whole Swiss experience was tarnished. Get it together, Dufferin Mall Swiss Chalet! This is so easy to fix!!!!!
