I love Baltaire great steak, HOWEVER I do find some of the hired help to be disrespectful, I don't appreciate coming from a five star restaurant. But if you're sitting at the bar make sure to find one outstanding Bartender by the name of Sas he really knows how to treat a customer one of the best I've seen in a long time.

Think this is the best steak restaurant in town. Certainly some of the finest dining on the west side. Never had a bad experience at Baltaire since it opened 3 years ago.

Nice mood, mix of young and old, great food, reasonable prices, and excellent food. Valet parking, somehow reminds me of Malibu Nobu’s. Meaning always a nice experience
