I love this place. One of my all time favourite venues, such a unique and gorgeous building. Amazing views of the city from the outside, the festival style hall before you enter the arena is fantastic. And they sell beer in double pint cups. Most importantly.

Those who live in north London may know well know and appreciate Alexandra Palace, however, if it is unknown to you then it is well worth a visit. Whilst it is regarded as the birthplace of TV, first transmissions of the BBC were from here, it is also often used as a venue for shows and exhibitions. But aside from the magnificent Grade II listed Victorian building it's location is well worth a visit. It is set within 196 acres of parkland and sits upon a hill with stunning views across London.
