Had a blast. It feels like it's a little village on its own. There are buses that will pick you up and take you to different parts of the mountain. The service was great, food was amazing, and the hotel was very nice. Beware of altitude sickness it's real! Get oxygen before you head up to the resort it's half the price $11 verses $22. It helped a lot

This is my second time staying at Keystone. As always, the rooms are clean and well equipped with essentials and the staff here are always pleasant. Keystone is nestled in a great location with plenty of shopping and dining options in the and around the resort. I love the free shuttles they provide to help get you around with ease. I love the slopes here and views are impressive.

We got in at 2am and still got checked in easy. Guy behind the counter was well dressed and awake even so early. Everything is clean and showers hot. Ac/heater works fine

Room was not what I told I'd be getting. I was informed I'd have 2 queen beds and a couch that pools out into a bed. No couch in the room. Made reservations online I spoke to a manager three times reference checking out a day early and receiving a day refund. Was told I would be getting a refund then was told I would have to talk to another manager in which I was assured I'd receive the refund. Needless to say I received a phone call from the manager staying I'd have to go though the insurance company to receive any refunds. I would not recommend paying in advance for this place because if you leave early you will be out of luck. I'll never return to this place again
