Great ambiance and the cuisine appeared tantalizing, but the staff ruined the experience for us. Walked out soon after arrival due to the rude staff. So unfortunate.

Service so bad it was comical. Was given food without cutlery and told to wait. We waited. The 3 staff members we asked then went onto different tasks about the restaurant and eventually we went to the bar for our own cutlery. The manager came over to apologise after witnessing us getting our cutlery, offered a coffee which was sweet. I dropped my fork and she made a joke about bringing a replacement. This didn't happen. After laughing at the situation and borrowing my partners fork, eventually a staff member arrived and brought me a set. Then we asked for a slice of lemon.... it was forgotten. We asked a different person. It was also forgotten. We then tried to get the attention to get the bill and we're ignored by everyone so went up to a random staff member to ask for it. It was also forgotten. We did finally get the bill after staring at our waiter with both our hands in the air but it included a couple of extra drinks and the apparently non- complementary coffees we were offered. If you love a more active part in your restaurant experience and you have a good sense of humour then come here. Otherwise you'll end up using your cutlery on the staff...
