Fun family lake, be sure to shower off after going in the water though. Sometimes my kids get a rash after being in the water.

It's a great place to relax and/or have a family outing. But, you have to be a member which means you have to be a resident of Mission Viejo ( further details apply). I think it's a great community spot that has a lot of activities to bring the community together, like concerts, picnic sites and movies under the stars. What I don't like are the seasonal Canadian geese and the on/off swimmers itch that happens in a lot of large bodies of fresh water.

Great place for families as well as for anyone wanting to do aquatic activities. Some of the things you can do are paddle boarding, kayaking, sailing, and fishing. One of the cool things the association has to offer is the summer concert series. Free concerts during the summer!
