The one star is just due to horrible service by this Asian girl. I was asking about the special offer and she was in such a attitude like she was doing favor to me by selling donuts or giving required information. When I asked you seems bit pissed. Her reply was, "I am packing the donuts you asked" with still that pathetic attitude. Lift up you game donut kings if you want your customers to come back. With this customer service, at least I am not coming back or not going to refer this donut king location to any of my friends

Horrible customer service by the girl who served this afternoon rudest girl ever met i can understand she can't speak English asked forcoffee gave tea took it back didn't give coffee or neither refund. manager was acting he was busy on the phone waited 30 min still didn't want to talk rudest business man ever seen in Australia don't go to this shop which is on level 1 near Gozleme king crappy donut king ever visited all bcoz of bad business people.
