I brought my grandma up here to get her a regular pain medicine we've been waiting an hour at noon during the week unacceptable

Human error is to blame here, but it took them 1 hr to find my prescription. Then said " are you sure you didn't drop these somewhere else , like I'm the idiot write down names of everyone you deal with so u will have proof that you were there. In case they can't look at there camera. They did find them, but they need to train people better. Otherwise all good , pharmacist was very nice and manager. ( Susie )

Extremely slow! Called in ahead of time, and they still didn't have it ready at the time they said. Add 30 minutes to any time they tell you.
