Lots of meat of excellent quality/taste coming all the time. Pause the flow of food with a single sign on the table and resume when you want. Sides are served as a buffet. I have not tried it on weekdays, I suspect the variation will be more limited and the waiting time a little longer. Saturday was a perfect day for a visit. You should be fond of meat, but the sides-only option is available for those who would prefer vegetarian. But that is not the point of this restaurant... Nice and friendly staff. Looking forward to the next visit.

Great friendly staff, service was good. Food just kept coming and coming. Only reason that this has received 4 stars is that I felt that some the barbeque was too salty for me. Personal preference maybe, but for me not perfect.
