My girlfriend and I visited the observation deck on new year's eve in 2016. Knowing that it would be busy at the ticket kiosk, we bought tickets online prior to departing. Once we arrived there at 8 pm, we were disappointed to see that we had to queue in the same line for those whom did not purchase tickets beforehand. One of the employees at the counter called for the next customer in line, we went up to the counter then were asked if we had a dinner reservation. I am hearing impaired and I am entirely positive that she did not specify for only dinner reservations, then we were yelled at and sent back to the end of the line up. I'm not sure if how we were treated was due to the employee being in a miserable mood. Otherwise it was a great experience to view Niagara Falls from the observation deck.

Awesome view from the observation deck. Good enough price if you only want to go to the top and enjoy. Buffet lunch and dinner also available at lower floors, along with a revolving dining room that serve pretty good food. The best part is you get to go to the observation deck with a reservation at either. The view from the dining rooms are much better anyway with glass windows instead of barbed wires.

Excellent service and food on the summit suite at a bargain price, which also includes the observation floor. However there are so many Chinese tourists who just push and barge in without any consideration and make the whole experience a bit too uncomfortable. I got pushed out of my viewing standup area twice...! But other than that the food was good.
