Last time ordering from this Domino's. Food is always mediocre and tonight we waited 2 hours for 2 sandwhiches and a pasta. My steak and cheese bread is soaked with grease.

I’ve waited almost 3 hours for a small cheese pizza. They’re either late, or the food sits at the store for 30 minutes or more (every time) I like the food and I prefer to order at the one nearby my work but sometimes I’m here and have to go through them. Disappointed every time.

Employees on the phone are extremely rude. Ordered at 3:45 p.m. and got a call saying they could not deliver until 5 p.m. Online tracker said food was being double checked for quality at 4:47 p.m. Called at 5:20 p.m. (store is 5-7 minutes from my house) to see where my order was. Employee told me there were 40 people in front of me 2 or 3 times before he even looked my order up. Put me on hold twice and then said the order was out for delivery and should be there soon. 5:40 and the order still has not been delivered. I asked to speak to the manager and was told he couldn't speak to me because he was too busy. Called back at 5:45 and the manager said they were operating in the stone age and then hung up on me! Save your money, order from Old Town House of Pizza.
