Rated 1 because that is the lowest I could rate it. Son and I went there on Saturday Sept. 9th, were in the Woodlands at the Ferrari Show. We got to Berryhill a little after they opened. Maybe one other person in the location. Son ordered two tacos rice and beans, I ordered two Charizo and Egg Tacos. We got our drinks went out on the patio. Twenty minutes passed no food, son went it and was told that because were there as they opened they had to take some time to fire up the grill but order would be right out. about 10 more minutes passed and my son's order came out, mine was no where to be found. I went in where I now noticed about 5 tables full of people, one had approx., 5 children at it. What i noticed was that all of the table were either eating or had finished eating, surprise they were not there when I ordered. Then I was told there was a computer glitch, oh second excuse, what happened to the grill having to be fired up? Well I asked for a refund and the GM of the location all of a sudden had my two tacos and asked if I would like them, well when I touched the foil wrap i found that they were cold. So I said refund please, he tried to give me the cold tacos. Very Poor Customer Service. Too many excuses to simply put it they Forgot My Order was sitting there.

Would not allow 7 month pregnant woman to sit at EMPTY table. We were at this location prior to a concert. Very busy but many empty tables. Manager made pregnant woman stand until her husband order food. WOW.. Never going back.

We love the fish tacos here and enjoy the complimentary chips and sauce. But some of the menu selections aren't that great. For example, we ordered breakfast tacos the last time that my husband and I were there. They were really lacking in flavor because they have added no spices or salsa or really much of anything besides the listed ingredients (bacon and eggs) to enhance the taste... It was literally just bacon and eggs in a tortilla! I mean, Jack in the Box has tastier breakfast tacos than that!! There used to be a soft serve ice cream station that we always looked forward to enjoying... so we were upset to see that it was removed and never replaced! It was one of the reasons we frequented this establishment and is now one of the reasons that we do not visit as often as before.
