I m eating a sandwich here now..and I m so disappointed..I can see that this is a very bad imitation of Prét à Manger.. what a pity! I was unable to find it in this terminal.. missing a Pret a Manger! Y will try to avoid Eat next time.. :-(

Reasonable coffee. Entirely chaotic queuing system. Idiotic when you consider this is at Heathrow.

Forget this place if you want a decent coffee. Flat white would rate as the worst in London. Bitter, over-extracted coffee and the milk not steamed but boiled. Take away cup too hot to handle. Go to Leon instead
