Great takeaway joint for Thai in Berwick! Food is good and packs a punch if you're a chilli lover. Customer service needs improving though as it can be a turn off when you're greeted by a grumpy/rude front desk staff member, after you've just spent $300 on a take away order. They've also managed to stuff up my order on 2 occasions and made no apology for it. If its just the food you care about then this place is great but if you want proper service this place isn't one I would recommend.

Twice in two weeks l tried to book a table for 2, both times l got told they were fully booked. After the 2nd time of "fully booked " l called again immediately and wanted to book for 6 people. Straight away they had room available. I spoke to the manager who had a well versed line "Oh, we just had a cancellation ". I told him l didn't believe him and it was for more money that they are refusing 2 people when they get 3 times as much from 6 people. This does not reflect on their quality of food as l haven't been given the opportunity to taste it. Rather their sneaky way of sifting groups of people from couples. Shameless tricks of the trade. I invite other readers to try to book table for two on a Saturday night and prove me wrong. I run a local business and believe in supporting local businesses. However, the attitude of this restaurant rubs me up the wrong way, hence my posting.
