They are doing so much to improve this place. The employees are friendlier than ever before. They even let my independent 3 year old order and pay for his own food. They were so nice to him. Security is really making their presence known to. I am not worried about stuff coming up missing. Had lots of fun with the family.

his was the absolute worst experience I have every had going anywhere. They sold the cabana I reserved before I got there, in which I already paid for. Leaving me with my 1 year old daughter and no where to have her to breast feed. After the cabana was sold I asked to have my money refunded to me for the whole trip so I may go somewhere else, they refused to give me my money back, forcing me to lose out on over $500. I booked this all online without seeing what I was getting into. Imagine refusing a man with two young children to get his money back and leave because he felt the parks condition were not safe enough for his children to be there. The staff was really unfriendly and treated my family poorly. We were having problems getting the tickets scanned that we bought online. The guy at the front starting screaming at me and yanked the tickets out of my hand to scan them himself. There were rats running around the park, one even ran over a customers foot on its way into the bathroom. There were hundreds of flies all over the food where the vendors were selling this to customers.We finally got a cabana an hour and a half later. It was a tent with concrete and a broken plastic fan which was supposed to work! Really safe for a one year old child to walk around on. The bathrooms were unusable and no one seemed to care to clean them. We bought the platinum flash pass as well in hopes of being able to enjoy all the rides. 20 minutes after getting them it went from almost all rides available to about 5 rides available. We got completely ripped off on that as well. I wrong a formal complaint to Six Flags website and of course no one responded to me. Probably to worst experience I have ever had going anywhere. I am really embarrassed I took my children to this place and very disturbed that they wouldn't allow me a refund so I could just leave, that is all I wanted.
