The food was reasonably tasty, but extremely overpriced. Kitchen service was glacial which I’m starting to get the feeling is just the way it is in Australia, although our water pitcher was well attended to. Took about 20 minutes between each of the 4 dishes we ordered. They seem to have their own definition of boneless as well as the boneless snapper included the entire spine as well as 4 ribs or rib parts in the filets. This place would get 5 stars at half the wait and half the price.

Modern Mexican. Amazing food and cocktails!!! Great value. King fish ceviche is amazing, as is the Pork belly tacos!!! The later booking is great if you like to have a longer seating. Have just moved to Byron and will be missing these guys a lot. Lots of love and vibes :)

Good vibe , extremely noisy. Book outdoors if your wanting something more relaxed. Waiting 30 mins for drinks , so dinner was over before they arrived. However it's avalon , so what's the rush. Food was good and very quick , perhaps too quick. All in all a nice little addition to Avalon .

10/10, amazing food and service! I can't recommend it enough, from the sweet corn, to the crispy pork belly and the lamb cutlets, say no more! Then to move onto the Wise Old Soul as my dessert cocktail, it was second to none the best version of an espresso martini i have ever had. The staff were so lovely and so engaging, it's good to have something like this in Avalon, well done guys!! Just booked in for two more occasions. xxx
