A good Chinese restautant located in the quiter neighborhood of downtown Bellevue. Decent selection of Cantonese/Sichuan style food, some options are quite delicious, such as spicy seafood noodle & Sichuan style dumpling. Service is either a hit or miss, depending on which waiter/waitress serves you.

Toy's Cafe is another Bellevue treasure. The staff is friendly, the food is nice, and the parking is plentiful. It is American-ized Chinese food, but we know that and expect that. The chairs have had better days and you have a 50 percent chance of banging a knee on a.table leg. Toy's Cafe may not get the Bellevue props that Chase's does, but it should.

Good Chinese food for very reasonable prices. Don't expect an awesome environment nor service. But the food is just great.

Horrible food and rude service. The owners seated their friends after our party was already seated. Their table had placed and received their order in full before our order was even taken. I've never walked out on a restaurant before. But the way we were treated was utterly disgusting. Definitely a low point of Chinese food. You can find much, much better.
