This is the most bizarrely disorganized and unprofessional place I have ever been. Literally every person in front of me had trouble getting their order taken and received. This also extended to people waiting at tables. Staff was in a constant state of yelling, one employee literally told other customers that she refused to help anyone else because her manager yelled. When the line ceased to continue moving that same staff member came back and physically started pushing me and telling me I should go somewhere else. I know it was McDonalds but good god.

This Mc Donald's was very clean and organized. The bathroom's were very clean and supplied very well also. A clean bathroom at a fast food restaurant is very important. Customer service was great!

Ordered a simple McDonald. Woman at window seemed to be in a bad mood and paused for about 10 seconds. When the person returned to take my order it was a new person, a guy. He took my order and was more polite. When I received my burger. The bun had cheese on the outside and looked like it was tampered with. I returned to the store to get my money back.

Good food, fast, it's really clean there. There weren't that many people that night we went. They don't have the double cheeseburger combo I wanted anymore. They chanced theirenu alot! I guess it's a matter of getting used to.

The people here were very friendly. They got the order done fast, and all of the food was freshly cooked. I was impressed the bathroom was very clean also.

After the renovation this Fall, I went inside and was shocked! What it looks like now reminds me of the location on 215 & Decatur. Seemed too nice for this neighborhood. Did a good job. The staff seems more upbeat and just a better experience. I've been in this neighborhood since 2002 and that's the first time I've gone to that McDonald's and left in a good mood. Once I left out the door, I was back to the reality of my neighborhood, but inside, I felt like I was somewhere else.
