Great location good environment. Happy hour 30% off I think... room for improvement, if the food is less salty then it would be awesome!

3 adults and 2 children went for lunch 27/1/18. Sat at the round table that wobbled. Wanted to moved but there was no other place convenient for the children, both under 4yrs. Waited over an hour for our meals which were standard orders. When our meal did arrive they said one of their chefs didnt come in to work thus the reason for the delay. They could have told us this when we arrived. The meal was average. They did give us a free round of drinks to compensate and a couple of packets of chips for the kids however it really didn't cut it. Overall an annoying and disappointing experience.

I would love to love this place but there were several issues. We waited 20 minutes after seated for someone to take our order. No-one came until I went to the counter to tell them we were ready to order. This despite it not being busy at all when we visited. The tables were so sticky that the napkins that were laid on the table stuck and ripped when moved. There were items on the menu that were no longer being served. After we ordered (a group of 6) the first 2 meals came after a 30 minute wait. One of the meals were a different burger from the one ordered. Another 20 minutes later they let us know that 2 of the meals ordered were unavailable. Another 30 minutes before the alternative meals finally came. Meals were hit and miss. The beef burgers and pea risotto were average at best. The steak was good though. We found that the same iced chocolate ordered was also different for every person. A real lack of consistency. They did offer a round of free drinks for the inconvenience but after so many failings it just didn't quite make up for the experience.
