The cellar is located in the basement of Beecher's, which makes its own cheese! This is a fantastic place to catch up for a quick chat post work, especially with their happy hour cheese plate and choice of wines / beers at happy hour rates. The house made cheese is served as part of the cheese plate and it was plated with a very interesting pickled fennel. Definitely recommend trying this place out.

The wait staff was very nice and attentive. The cocktails had good flavor but very little alcohol. The cheese was very tasty. However, about 2 hours into our visit, we were informed, by the hostess, that the table we were sitting at was reserved and we would need to, "leave in about an hour to free up the table". We were all completely taken aback by the incredibly rude and inappropriate command. We did speak with the manager, who apologized for the ignorance of the hostess and offered to buy us a round of drinks. The hostess, however, instead of coming over and apologizing, spent the remainder of our visit avoiding our table. While the apology of the manager may have been sincere, I will not be returning to an establishment where employees think it is acceptable to tell patrons they have to leave. We couldn't help but wonder if the hostess felt she could speak in such a rude manner because we were a table of African American and Latino women.

Bloody Mary is spicy, cool simple and delicious. Tomato soup was perfect. Buffalo style Mac and cheese was on the oily side and rich, but the Mac part was perfect. Eclectic menu with solid variety. As the Cellar is in the cellar of Beecher's cheese factory, the menu is geared towards make-your-own cheese plate. The small plates are perfectly portioned. Service was friendly but not exceptional.

Loved the atmosphere! Dark and personal, yet still fun. The food was great, even though it's not really "The World's Best" Mac And Cheese. It was really good though. The cheese sampler was awesome! The waiter was fun and friendly although slightly overwhelmed since it was a Friday night.

What an amazing place to eat. If you love Mac & Cheese, then this is the place. Great selection of alcohol too. Service was on point. It's a great place to come hang out with friends for lunch dinner or just a drink in the cellar. Can't wait to come back for another run.
