Fast, relatively cheap food in large potions for undiscerning customers, cooked without any imagination and with not much attention. The portions are enormous, to the extent of being unmanageable for one person, which, combined with the poor quality of the food, is very likely to result in a lot of wasted food. The salad vegetables were pretty tired, on the verge of being off. The shrimps we had with pasta had probably been frozen some time during the last Ice Age (the pasta couldn't be bothered to compensate). The allegedly fresh sardines in my plate were great in numbers (I reckon about the quarter of a modest school), but not so great in taste and texture - they had either been grilled while having a spa session in a steam room or had been grilled and then left under a lid to wait until sogging becomes an Olympic sport so that they can win it. On the positive, the staff and the chips were good.
