Just walked into this place and was treated like family right off the hop. We didn't know where to ride and Chris was super helpful showing us where the spots were - circling trails like a madman on the map. We didn't spend any money there and still received a lot of love. All bike shops should model after these guys.

Brilliant - these guys totally made our day. Not just for the good service and very decent bikes, but when we got a flat 5km from the shop and I was going to have to walk home the manager cycled out, fitted us a new tube and personally escorted us back to Jasper with a free tour along one of the trails. And he gave our hungry son a banana to keep him going! Brilliant service and lovely guys, if I could give 6*'s I would. Thanks so much.
