Under staffed and slow service. Quality of food was not up to usual KFC standard. Tables and floor were dirty and covered with food and litter.

Cold stale chip's. Dirty floor and tables. Shame because it is normally good.

Terrible customer service. My 3 year old daughter was sick just as our food arrived. I cleaned it up best I could and moved tables. As courtesy for the next person, I suggested that some cleaning products might be needed to sanitize it. The response was "so what do you want me to do about it? Do you want more tissue to clean it up?" We were there 30 minutes and nobody attended to the situatuon. Needless to say I won't be going there again.

Awful experience with kfc slough. Ordered through just eat. Not only did they not have the food/drinks they were advertising, my order didn’t show up, no one contact me to let me know. Called them and the customer service was horrendous. I couldn’t even understand the manager properly. I had to CALL THEM to chase up the order after waiting an hour and they then cancelled !! I re order after they insist it won’t happen again and we’ll be the first to get delivered to. The exact same thing has happened !! I first place my order at 11:50. It’s now 14:10. What a joke.

As with other KFC's at the moment, many items missing off menu but still charging full price for meal deals. Very tight with replacement items... But will say, what they did have was good...

Service very nice and hardworking. Food tasty as in every KFC. If you like this type of food then you will not be disappointed here. The big plus is that comparing with KFC in the area is the cleanest restaurant of this company.

Visited yesterday. Drive-through was backed onto the road so I went in. Having queued for about 10-15 minutes I got to the front and was told there's 'at least' a 10 minute wait for all chicken. I walked out. Today I tried again. Went via drive through which still took about 15 minutes. KFC - What would you like Me - 8 piece Southern Fried boneless feast please KFC - Which drink Me - Diet Pepsi KFC - And 2 sides Me - Beans and Colslaw KFC - We've only go Gravy and Sweetcorn. The sweetcorn is quite nice Me - Fine, I'll take the sweetcorn then KFC - OK, I'm just glad you didn't get angry Me - No, I did that yesterday when I was told it was 10 minutes for chicken KFC - Well, we ran out of chicken yesterday So I drive on to the collection point KFC - Here's your drink. Could you drive up into the waiting bay for a couple of minutes please Me - A couple of minutes? So I drive to the waiting area. 14 minutes later, the food arrives.
