Went there for Valentine's Day 14/02/18, once seated we waited for 20 minutes and still none of the waitresses come to get our drinks order. My partner had to waved a few times to get the waitress attention. After we got our drinks, we waited for 30mins for the first course menu of the 7 course degustation to arrived. So all up we waited for more than 1.5 hours for drinks and 1 course menu. No one came out to explain and tell us anything. We had to approach a waitress asking why we and many others waited so long for our foods, she said someone called in sick last minute. We all know that unexpected circumstances could happened but they should have inform all customers that there will be expected long delays for foods service before we get seated just to give customers the option to go somewhere else. The manager did not even apologise to us. Our dinner is at 8.30pm, we left the restaurant close to 10pm, we can't even go to another restaurant because they all close at 10pm around the area. We end up paying for what we had, so for 7 course meals, we had 1 course by 10pm, I can't imagine if we still stay back and wait, what time we would finish by then. We ordered 2 drinks which come to about $25, they charged us $80 in total for 2 serve of the first course meal (one baby oyster, some spinach and wagyu slice) and they offer drinks as free of charge. The total 7 course menu is $130/person. They wasted 1.5 hours of our time waiting, we can't take that time back. The waitresses are all very nice, I know it is not their fault but it is very badly organised. It's our first time and would definitely be the last time we will dine here and would not recommend for anyone to go here.

Went to Yuki’s for their valentines set menu, after being seated, we received no table water and it took an hour for the first course to arrive followed by another hour for the next course. Only to realise that the appetiser did not include oysters or wagyu beef as promised. When we complained to the manager he apologised as the kitchen had run out of oysters however no one told us this when they seated us and asked if they could compensate with another dish. I only got this service after complaining to the manger directly. Service was extremely slow and unprofessional. Various times i asked a waitress whether our next course was coming and they would walk to the kitchen then continue serving without giving me an answer. I know there can always be bad days and problems can occur but for such a night as valentines and the extremely high price I paid this is unacceptable. Customers do not pay for mistakes or errors in such an overpriced fine dining restaurant as this. $150pp could have easily been spent much better elsewhere. Will not be returning here.

We came here for a birthday dinner as group. We ordered separated dishes instead of set menu. The sashimi boat and sushi boat were huge, all of us were pretty much full after finishing them. Then main meals were also very delicious, with a good serving size. Overall our bill was not cheap but with the quality of food and the amazing harbour view, there's nothing to complaint about. ps: if you want to cut a cake, it's quite expensive (at least the price was more expensive than our cake) so you might want to avoid that.
