Service is bad, coffee is mediocre, the guy on the counter (supposed the owner) does not even smile, pricey for food that is not good!!!!

I have only ever picked coffee to go from here with a bakery item. Their coffee is stronger compared to other cafes which is why I keep returning. The croissants are pretty good. My wife did not enjoy the bagel she tried once, it was hard and did not feel fresh. However I would like to add that my experience with the staff has always been great.

The WORST dining experience ever When we got into the restaurant, the waiters and waitresses simply IGNORED US, and we had to look for seats ourselves. After we ordered, we waited for ONE HOUR for the food. Yes, ONE HOUR, you heard it right. Actually after we had waited for half an hour, we asked the waiter whether the food was ready. We were afraid our order had been forgotten. He told us he would check, but apparently he did not do anything since we waited for another half an hour. When we said we would leave because the food had not arrived, the waiter did not seem apologetic AT ALL. He just said “Sorry about that" without even bothering to make eye contact. In the end, we wasted an hour in this horrible cafe without any food.

Wow. What a surprise this was. Ordered on Uber Eats and halfway to getting our food delivered, our delivery guy was called back to the restaurant, as they’d stuffed up the order. When we finally got our order of Souvla plate, it turns up with no cutlery and no serviettes. Opened the box to find 10 pieces of soggy chips, orange grease laden mixed meats. At the bottom of the box was half a cm of grease soaking the meat, which turned out to be dry and tasteless. The salad was drenched in super sugary balsamic vinegar and had croutons (chunks of stale bread) in it. Certainly didn’t expect such sub standard food from coming out of the Uber Eats Delivery system. Steer clear from this place at all costs!

Very rude staff! Just finished running around Opera house with friends and bought 4 coffees with a plan to sit down and rest for 10 mins.. got asked to move on by a bald guy (maybe he assumed we wont buy anything else) when theres nobody in the cafe anyway! Not going to come back
