Worst Papa Johns !! They cancelled my on line order because it's 50% promotion. Had to wait another 25 minuets for new order and they made them wrong too. They make pizza in such way to reduce the cost (thin and less toppings) so the quality is terrible! I wish a new ownership.

Terrible customer service. Bad temper guy barely answering questions and worst thing that while waiting for our pickup pizza to be ready, my 10-year-old son was thirsty and asked for a cup of water, something that is very common in all fast food shops even in food courts, but the guy said that they had no water! Maybe because he was expecting me to buy one of those big bottles of full-of-sugar cold drinks! Obviously, my last time going there.

I would have rated this 0 as it was the worst pizza I have had .there were couple of peicies of chicken and beef and other vegetables I ordered. It is aweful and when I complained to them. I was told ok.that was it.DON'T ORDER ANY FOOD FROM THIS PLACE.

Worst customer service ever... I placed an order tonight and asked how long it will take and when he said one hour I decided to cancel as my kids couldn' t wait that long... He hung up the phone without saying anything. They need to replace the person taking the orders.

I use their website and mobile application to order. Both are very easy to navigate. Pizza is always ready on time.

Worst pizza .edges wore dark.not able to bite into it.looked dirty.I ordered gluten free .could not chew the crust.my son was a regular Italian .it looked aweful .over baked On both pizzas .spent 43 plus 10 dollar tip.never again .Better off to buy a frozen pizza I know I will never recomend them

This location is absolutely atrocious. Terrible customer service calls every time to say that the order either cannot be fulfilled or that there is a several hour delay due to not having a driver available. Makes up lies every time, on 5~6 separate occasions as to why, and when the pizza arrives it is terrible, any other location I have ordered from in the past is consistent and delicious except for this one that always tastes slightly of fish oil.

They all looked dirty. They all look down and Scattered when we walked in. Our server had pizza sauce on her face and had food in her mouth the entire time ordering. When we walked in again to pick up she walk out of the room for 7 minutes came back and give us our pizza that was sitting there the whole time. When we got the pizza there's very little of any topping. I ordered bacon sausage and pepperoni and tasted like I pretty much was eating a cheese pizza. Avoid this place as if they had rats running around on pizza!
