Zizzi at Cutty Sark is one of my most favourite places for Friday evening. Excellent service, great food, fenomenal views of the river. If you're visiting in the summer remember to book a table at the rooftop terrace!

The service was incredibly slow. They must have forgotten our order because people who arrived much after us were served before. After an hour waiting, finally the pizza came, but it was soggy with oil. It was dripping all over the plate. We knew they're not an authentic Italian restaurant the moment we saw that pizza with pesto and chicken on the menu. Still we couldn't imagine both the food and the service would be so bad

Great tasty food, great atmosphere and reasonably priced. £100 for 4 people starters, mains deserts and a drink. Great service.

Really friendly, we had a group of 15 with many kids. Brought out the kids food first in a timely manner and nothing was a problem for them. Tasty food at a reasonable price (though we had a set menu)

Love zizzi on the strand. Lovely interior and as its downstairs it isn't noisy or cold . And of course great pasta!

Look I'm vegan and this is not an only vegan place. They have a vegan menu and this place is really awesome!! I ate the garlic bread and the vegan pizza and the vegan dessert - vegan sweet calzone. This was so tasty!! And great service. And great environment. You must go there!!

This is the best restaurant in the world I like it here it is good Service is a good the wine is good everything is good. I would recommend it to anyone especially vegans apparently there are a very good vegan options in this restaurant. Thank you ZZ you've been very kind. Definitely going back here.

It takes a lot for me to complain at a restaurant - and to be fair, the food was great, the service however, was genuinely appalling. After waiting ~20mins we were sat at a table that had been free since we came in, it then took another half an hour for anyone to come over and offer us drinks. Another 20 or so minutes go by waiting for drinks to arrive, and we jump on the waiter bringing them because by now we are starving. Sorry no, we've run out of lasagne for the night (you couldn't have told me this before I spent nearly an hour looking forward to it?) Exact same story when it came to pudding later in the evening. Now, had the restaurant been busy or understaffed, I would have understood, but the place was only around half full and I could see servers standing around talking to one another. In a busy, tourist-laden section of London, the staff really ought to know better than this. TL;DR: Great food, poor service. Don't bother.

I don't pay for my bills so I don't rate prices. What is important to me is food quality and service. Service was OK. I asked for port and the answer was this is an Italian restaurant. I know that! Just saying we don't have port would have been enough. The starter was good but the main was awful the seafood was cold and old no fresh at all. So please pay attention on the temperature of the food and the freshness.

One of the best Italian restaurants I've ever been too. Very accommodating to people with food intolerance (especially gluten and dairy). They even have an allergen menu which is easy to read and still contains tasty food. It's well laid out and even the basement area feels light and airy. Would definitely go to again.
