Was served a chicken burger which was very chewy and hard to eat, I had a look at it, and it was pink. I left it on my plate and returned it to them and they checked it and told me “it’s cooked”. I don’t know what type of chicken you serve but that was terrible. I wish I could post the photo.

Customer service is non existent. I sent feedback through a week ago with no reply still so if head office have zero customer service care how can a “store manager” care about customer service?? Anyway, I requested my meal to be cancelled due to an allergy issue not even within 2 minutes of ordering and was told by Ritu who claims to be the manager that my meal is half cooked without even bothering to check if it actually the cook had started. Really unprofessional and rude. With all the cafes around I would try something else to avoid a bad experience. Definitely would NOT recommend you waste your money here.

Cakes and hot beverages for a reasonable price if you have the membership. Friendly staff and great area for a cup of coffee.

I like sitting on their raised platform, above the food court plebs, eating with my knife and fork while those below scavenge with their hands. Kidding. It's ok. Good coffee.

Coffee is no good, service is non-existence, food takes forever to come. For what you are getting, the price is too too expensive. Won't go again.
