Had a great time with my husband here. We were only 2 but although they were very busy, they were able to sit us down within 10 minutes. Service in general is really good, they look after their customers well. We were offered complimentary bread and butter, and asked if we wanted more! They're very attentive (in a nice way). We ordered Chicken Enchiladas and Meat Tacos, both were delicious, but the Tacos were especially nice.

Never in a million years was I ever horribly treated before the way this restaurant treated me. While I was sitting at the table with my son the curtains rolled up exposing the open scenic view of the outside. What's the curtains rolled up it left our area freezing-cold. With a mixture of the air conditioner that was currently on bouncing from the exposed windows it was unbearable. When I asked if they can roll up the windows I was at advised that they weren't able to do that because then I wouldn't be able to see my menu. When I told the lady that I had already ordered my food and had seen the menu already and if I can move seats instead she then stated that because I ordered I have to sit there since that waiter was waiting my table. She insisted that what she could do is bring us both a cup of hot water so that way we can warm up. As she stated that she then said, "I feel bad because your son looks like he's cold warming up underneath you." I couldn't believe this, are you serious? On top of all of that, the waiter that I had I only seen him twice throughout the whole entire night while various people were waiting my table instead of him. When the food came out my cilantro rice was crunchy and my taco was not cooked it was cold. I advised a different waiter of the food and she told me to make sure I don't eat anymore so that way they could remake the food. Why would I even want to eat the food when I just advise you that the food was cold and the rice was crunchy? Next thing you know the manager comes out and ask if I want a soup or a salad and I told him I just want my food. I was a little perplexed as to why the manager even came out in the first place when I never even asked to speak to a manager. My original waiter was rude as well as the few other waiters that they had after that was rude. I love Cheesecake Factory but I will never go back to Huntington Beach's Cheesecake Factory again in my life.

Typically excellent service and great food; I recently ordered a new item on the menu, the Lasagna Verde. It's an amazing-good non-meat dish! These guys may have the best vegetarian appropriate lasagna I have ever tasted. And if you want some meat to go with it, I'm sure that adding meatballs or sausage would be a no-brainer for the kitchen! (I also had the spaghetti and meatballs recently and so I know that the meatballs would play nice with the lasagna.)

The food was delicious. The service excellent. We had the Renée Special, and it was just too much food. It consists of salad, soup, and sandwich. We didn’t order an appetizer which is a very good thing. The free bread was hot, and the butter melted just right. We had to order a cheesecake even though we were so full because we were at Cheesecake Factory.

Amazing food here. They have such a variety of food like pad Thai to chicken Parmesan sandwich to sushi. It's amazing the variety they have and how good the food taste. The prices are decent it's not overly pricey but you do get your money's worth. The cheesecake is also amazing and if your celebrating a birthday they will bring you a free bday slice.
