Nice museum, beautiful works of art, escpecially the kimonos! However i thought the entrance fee of 1300 yen was pretty steep! On top of this, there was an extra exhibition which charged 500! They did promise free hot drinks, so maybe its worth it depending on how good the exhibition is and how good the coffee is!:P The gardens are very nice! If you plan on going i recommend taking lunch and having it in the grounds :) there was also a cafe which had great views of another part of the garden.

Amazing works. At first I was not very sure that going to this place was going to be worth it, but it turned out to be a "You need to see THIS". Kubota-sensei has put so much effort and artistry on the silk dyeing and the kimonos are astonishing. It's a must.
