Our experience with delivery was not good what so ever. When we got our pizza the lady who delivered it was very nice but when we opened the box the pizza was stacked on top of eachother cheese and pepperoni on top of the box and one slice missing when we called to complain the manger she questioned me and said “really I boxed it myself!” They then sent another pizza after arguing however when we got our pizza the server was rude and the cheese was falling off I don’t not recommend the pizza although wings were good!

After my last two experiences with the Boston Pizza in Aurora, I thought I was done with this chain, however, after a couple years passed I thought I would give it another shot... sadly, I made a mistake. The only part that went smoothly was being seen by the hostess and being seated. I expected that though as it was only 4pm and the place was empty. We were seen by our waiter and had our orders taken. All orders were understood by the waiter as they were all repeated back before he left. When our orders finally showed up, about 40 minutes after ordering, my order was incorrect. My waiter was no where to be found so I had to flag down another waiter that was roaming the dining room sporadically... All in all, after having been served by 3 different people, an order being incorrect, being brought out bill without asking if we were actually finished yet (we wanted dessert but weren't offered it, so after the bill was printed we had to tell him we wanted to add more to it), asking 3 times for a glass of water for my son, and food that really didn't warrant the $90 bill (for three people - no alcohol), we won't be back - EVER.

Food was good, but very pricy. $64 before tip for 4 small pizzas? And I mean SMALL. Very expensive in my opinion. Plus, the water for my tea was not boiled, it was most likely just warmed in the microwave. The cup for my pop was sticky to the point where my hands were stuck. There was only one waitress working to serve everyone and it was busy. Will never go back to this location.
