Usually LOVE LOVE LOVE this place, but after this time, probably will not be back for a while, if ever. For starters, the dining area near the bar had a strong odor of cat urine. (We talked about leaving, SHOULD HAVE) Secondly, service was exceptionally poor! We waited quite a while before we were even greeted or had our drink orders taken. Finally, I ordered my favorite dish, Jambalaya, which for some reason seems to keep escalating in price. It had less than 6 shrimp, hardly any sausage, and my favorite part, ICE COLD CHICKEN! Justin T. finally made it back around to us (not sure why he was waiting on us because it seemed the majority, if not all, of his tables were in the bar area) and noticed I had hardly touched my plate. He asks "was it too spicy?" I replied "No sir, it was spiced perfect but the chicken was cold." To which he responds with "I'll let them know". When he FINALLY made it back around, he says "my manager says that she will take $10 off of your bill." The Jambalaya is nearly $20 after tax. Thankfully I was only charged $9 for the cold pieces of chicken and spoonful of rice that I ate. Total bill was $85. $85 for no refills, "essence of cat", cold food, and flat out ZERO customer service from management down! I KNEW WE SHOULD'VE EATEN AT TACO BELL!
