Had the worst customer service last night, Girl up front was so rude and had attitude very unprofessional. Worst chipotle I ever been too. Never going here again, don’t recommend it.

The worse staff, I have ever seen work at Chipotle, creepy girl basicly working there creeped behind my husband & I like she was smelling us in our private space. The worse feeling ever, a creepy employee at the Chipotle here. To make things worse, the employees are more concern about cleaning the restruant there, than taking customers orders. Oh my goodness, forget it, I walked out, I basicly had to ask them to let us use the washroom, even thoe they herd I had to us the washroom, they did not buzz me in the washroom, until I asked them. Not helpful team, poor mangment, stingy on salsa to...Defenetly not like the Orginal Chipotle.

Inconsistent service at this Chipotle. Attitude and the service of these employees can probably use some work. On a positive note, the food was consistent as is in every chipotle! The steak was pretty good here, maybe even a little more on the medium rare side but I like my steaks like that anyways!

This place has been going way down hill the past few months. Staff generally is rude and the last 3 visits have yet to get a burrito I can eat without a fork. Nobody wants a messy burrito. My fiance ordered a steak bowl today and the steak was half the amount you would usually get as it was the last in the basket. Looked gross. They proceeded to finish her bowl anyway and when I said I was going to get a steak burrito, they said I would have to wait awhile... Seeing 5 employees and not a busy story, I was curious why they were so low on all items. My burrito had very little rice and three peppers when I asked for fajitas. After watching my burrito spill out everywhere, as they have done every time I've been, I decided to leave and take my service up the street. My suggestion is to hire people that actually want a job. The service here is top notch awful. And teach people how to wrap a burrito!!!! Please!!!!

Just had lunch here seemed like a good place, in and out of line fairly quickly and the food was good. My only complaint is that the menu doesn’t really explain what you get.

As a Mexican I should say we don't use to eat that kind of bowls and I had very low expectations when I ordered but I was really curious about the way they portrait Mexican food and it wasn't that bad.

The management is horrible, most of them sit on their phone in the back and don't help unless we really need them or if someone above them is there. They have bad working conditions, the gloves to clean the grill had holes on the tips.

It's a bit embarrassing how many of the staff at this location know me - I live very close, so I come here often. Even when the line is long, it moves quickly because all the employees know what they're doing and are efficient. I love the freshness of the food; when I'm in the mood for steak but don't want to make it myself, this is one of the quickest and easiest places to go. The food is always delicious, though prices have gone up a bit in recent memory.

Do yourself a favor. Pick another restaurant in the area or if you truly want a Chipotle, then drive the extra distance. I literally watched a few people including my own friend I came with receive a lot more proportion sizes than I did. I odered the chicken bowl. My friend did the same. He took longer to finish his than i did. Yet I had to pay the same amount of money. I was cheated. I'll never be coming back here ever again.

I will come here every chance i get. This is one of my favorite talavera to eat at. The food is always fresh and amazing smelling. The thing i love the most is that there's always a line but it moves quicker than most other places who don't make your food exactly how you like it.

I really like Chipotle. This branch was okay, a little 'tired'. The person who put chili on my burrito bowl must have been having a laugh because he sure piled it on. It was super spicy, not how I would've liked it. It was a case of eat up and get out. I wouldn't necessarily go back here. Take it or leave it.

Chipotle is a good place to eat for me because it’s quick. I always double up on chicken and steak. Add corn, add pick, cheese, lettuce, black beans and guacamole. Don’t forget to get the tortillas chips on side. I love this place. Can get a little busy because it’s near the strip a get tourist. Overall bathrooms are always clean and everything is fresh.
