The view was fantastic. But we experienced a lot of issues with the service and food quality. The restaurant was not busy and there seemed to be plenty of staff, but everything took a long time. We ordered drinks and they didn't arrive for more than 30 minutes (even after we pestered the waiter 3 times, and observed other customers who came in after us getting their drinks). I ordered the Ahi Tuna and it was very overcooked and very salty. It was a shame because it looked like it was once a really good piece of fish. Others in my party said their food was poorly prepared as well. We asked to speak to the Manager and they never showed up. We went looking for the Manager to provide the feedback. I realize that this place is a tourist trap, and can rely on the great view, but was surprised at how terrible the food and service were.

Nicely decorated interior. I ordered the hummus tasting (an appetizer) and the lobster mac and cheese. Food was ok. (Hummus appetizer was a nice portion size-$10) Service was really slow. I had to ask my server for lemon slices THREE times. I finally got up and asked the (blonde) hostess where could I find lemon slices and she proceeded to grab a handful of lemons WITH HER BARE HANDS and place them on a plate for me. I was MORTIFIED! How in the hell is that acceptable??? I have no idea where her hands had been or if they were clean. Needless to say I didn't even touch the lemons.

The dining area was very beautiful and the view was nice. The staff were polite and friendly and for these factors, they got 2 stars. Here's where they lost the other 3. We waited 45 minutes before we even got our appetizers and our half dozen oysters were the size of nickles plus the ice bed they were on was already melted more than half way by the time they arrived. We finally got our main course an hour after giving our order and my boyfriend complained that the scallops in his seafood pasta were not cleaned properly because he could taste some dirt still on then. I had to watch people get seated after us but get their food before us. At least 3 tables were seated after us and left before us. I understand if the restaurant was packed but it wasn't. There was a bit of a rush but half the tables in our dining area were empty. Because of these factors, they lost the other 3 stars.

Well the food was good I loved it, the cheesecake there was wonderful for sure!! But what I liked more was the server his name is LUIS, very nice and out going man loved that. I gave him a 40$ tip that’s how much I liked him. He gave us good detail about the food and which is best, that’s really was helpful. I hope I get to see Luis again he is a great server. Thank you guys for the food (: bye Luis wink wink
