The only saving grace here was the food. Really good food; the kitchen did a great job. But the service was some of the worst I'd ever experienced. We went on a night where it wasn't busy by any standard. Sat down and had to wait 15 minutes for water. We then ordered two beers and an appetizer. A table who sat down well after us (to the same server) got several cocktails and appetizers brought out at a reasonable time. 40 minutes later we still didn't have the two beers we'd ordered. The guy finally brought them out and said the appetizer was on its way but he'd give us a few more minutes to look over the menu. We said absolutely not, we'd been there 45 minutes, we didn't need any more time to look at the menu. So we told him our order and he said "well then your entrees may come out before the appetizer." In what world would that make sense??? He'd forgotten to put in our order at all. Completely negligible service. He then wouldn't own up to it. We talked to the manager but must have been too nice about it because he pretty much blew us off. They comped the $7 churros we ordered in the end - not the beers and appetizer we waited an hour on. The server still wouldn't own up to his mistakes and actually brought out the check with the tip suggestions circled in pen. No apology, bad management, extreme wait times, and then you have the nerve to circle the suggested tip amounts? I always tip at least 20% but not here. This was too much. We won't be coming back.

All the dishes were unique and delicious without being overbearing. Our waiter was amiable and let us taste the raw Prickly Pear fruit juice after finding out we were from out of town. Their cocktails are also delightful, though there's only one decent beer on the menu. Try the guacamole and duck tacos!

Really great place . Call ahead for a reservation. Great Cadillac Margaritas! Excellent guacamole and salsa and chips. You have to purchase all of those but they are worth it. You could make a meal of the guacamole and chips. They give you a lot! I had a chicken burrito with the chicken meat from the enchiladas. Excellent Verde sauce. Better than the Fahittas. Great place overall!!
